Terms of Service

Welcome to Niyojan. By using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. About Niyojan

Niyojan is a personal mutual fund portfolio intelligence tool. It helps you visualize, analyze, and understand your mutual fund investments. Niyojan is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The App does not execute trades, manage money, or provide personalized investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use Niyojan. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your PIN. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. What Niyojan Does

The App provides:

  • Portfolio visualization and tracking based on data you provide
  • Overlap analysis across your mutual fund holdings
  • Fund comparison and candidate evaluation tools
  • Diagnostic insights such as sector concentration and allocation analysis
  • Educational calculators (SIP, XIRR, EMI, goal planning)
  • Fund recommendations based on quantitative scoring models

5. What Niyojan Does Not Do

  • Provide personalized investment advice or financial planning
  • Execute buy, sell, or switch transactions on your behalf
  • Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
  • Act as a registered investment adviser or portfolio manager
  • Guarantee any investment returns or outcomes

All information is provided on an "as-is" basis for educational and informational purposes only.

6. Data You Provide

You may provide portfolio data by importing your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) or entering holdings manually. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. Niyojan processes this data solely to deliver the App's features to you.

7. Third-Party Data

Fund NAV data, holdings data, and other market information are sourced from publicly available sources including AMFI, fund house websites, and other data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of third-party data.

8. No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niyojan and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

10. Investment Disclaimer

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any scores, rankings, or recommendations shown in the App are based on quantitative models and historical data. They should not be construed as investment advice. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the App.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
